• Installation and setup services
• Technical support and maintenance

• Training and onboarding assistance

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Display unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
• Display content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Content

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Urban Visual Tech UK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Hardware Terms

For hardware purchases:

• All hardware comes with manufacturer's warranty as specified
• Installation services are subject to site survey approval
• Hardware remains your property upon full payment
• We provide technical support for hardware purchased through us

8. Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

• 99.9% platform uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Responding to critical support tickets within 4 business hours
• Providing advance notice of scheduled maintenance
• Regular software updates and security patches

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Visual Tech UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Urban Visual Tech UK and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your content before termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
